For CTC's main recruiting video, we drew on interviews across their trading, quant, and technology teams and shaped them into a story told for candidates. The piece is built around the firm's "build, own, lead" message. It shows the kind of people who thrive at CTC, the ownership they get early, and what sets the firm apart from larger competitors.

CTC wanted a culture video that skipped the "great place to work" clichés. We asked leaders and employees to tie the firm's values (teamwork, candor, ethical judgment, continuous improvement, and long-term thinking) to how the business actually runs. Team moments and day-to-day footage fill out the picture. The finished piece presents culture as part of CTC's operating model.

This companion piece speaks directly to students, interns, and recent graduates. We interviewed current and former interns, early-career employees, and program leaders about mentorship, training, and the real projects new hires take on. The tone is reassuring but substantive, and the video shows that early-career talent at CTC gets to help build.
